This happenstance intergenerational community reflects what the church aims to intentionally recreate today. With the help of Disciples Church Extension Fund, the congregation is addressing the lack of housing and preschool education accessible to the low-income residents of the city.    Learn More The Poor People's & Low Wage Workers' Assembly & Moral March on Washington and to the Polls will convene on June 29, 2024.
