    The board of the Black Disciples Endowment Fund (BDEF) is pleased to announce that the BDEF 2022 grant cycle is now open. Applications will be accepted through December 3. Through the BDEF’s granting program, earnings from the fund will be awarded to approved projects to fund a variety of initiatives up to $5,000 to sustain and strengthen leaders, advocacy efforts and communities, and expand ministries as they adapt to meet critical needs during these challenging times.

Eligible materials include office furniture (such as desks, chairs, lamps, cabinets, bookcases, and partitions) and electronic equipment (such as computers, printers, photocopy machines, audio-visual equipment, and security systems). Apply by December 31 for consideration in 2022.
