Hi there! I hope this finds you healthy and doing the best you can. No doubt, these are chaotic times. It's not easy to manage stress, much less a routine, when one day is so very different from the next. If you've been struggling lately with stress and emotional eating, oh boy, do I get that. With gyms closed, food stores empty and time management challenges of work and family suddenly thrust upon us, it's easy to begin that all-too-familiar spiral when everything feels so out of control.
