    Spirituality is about attending to the movements of the Holy Spirit in one's life and community in order to draw closer to Christ and Christlikeness. Spiritual disciplines are not defined by what you do, but by the desired goal of the activity, and the key desire for Christians is to become more like Jesus. Anything can be a spiritual discipline if it gets you to become more like Jesus.
