We examined half a billion job ads from 15 countries to quantify AI's impact on the workforce. | | The AI jobs outlook Job postings for AI specialists have grown sevenfold since 2012—and today, they're growing three times faster than all other jobs. That's good news for: Workers—AI specialist positions carry a 25% wage premium, on average. Companies—Labour productivity is ~5x higher in sectors that are most exposed to AI. The global economy—Nations can use AI to fill critical labour shortages and unlock economic expansion.
