Our Finance Academy is a series of monthly training geared towards building and equipping participants with the right finance and accounting skills and knowledge to keep up with the ever-changing business world. Each monthly training session is facilitated by best-in-class and highly experienced subject matter experts. Our facilitators, experienced PwC practitioners, create high-impact learning events on a variety of topics, from finance and accounting to Strategy, Risk management, Governance, and more. The learning objectives of the Academy are to: Raise the level of financial awareness of participants and enable them to use the financial information provided to make better short-term or long-term decisions in managing their businesses Give participants a broader knowledge of general finance and how finance links to strategy and leadership. Assist participants/companies to effectively plan and achieve long-term and short-term financial goals. Assist companies/ participants in a finance function transformation that will enable implementation and meeting financial targets. Discuss current trends and enlighten participants on recent developments in the finance and accounting space in order to be at par with recent happenings. Expose participants to risk management and Governance issues and respective best practices. Deliver training solutions that cover both the financial and non-financial sectors to participants who are both finance professionals and non-finance professionals.
