    Hey Rockstar!

    Over the many years of my failed weight loss attempts, I tried several different diet programs but found something was always missing. I realized I was missing the magic that can only come from support!

    I looked at these programs as diet systems with rules to follow and never took advantage of the support system they offered. I lived inside my head, where my failures seemed epic and pretty certain I was broken. It was painful and difficult, but I'm here to tell you that you need a support system if you want to succeed in weight loss!

    Research proves that the people we spend time with highly influences our waistline. Studies have found that your chances of becoming obese increase by 57% if you have a friend that becomes obese. If you include the important people in your life as a part of your weight loss process, you are more likely to succeed and it can result in better health for your friends and family as well!

    When I say "let's do this together" it's because of this very information. My passion and life's work is to help you release the physical and emotional burden of carrying extra weight. Let me be a source of HOPE, SUPPORT and POSITIVITY!

    That's why I'm bringing back my CHOOSE YOUR OWN SUPPORT ADVENTURE We've been working hard these last few weeks to bring you 6 different adventures so you can choose what kind of support works best for you! We don't do cookie cutter here at Target 100!

    I hope you'll join me for some or all of these adventures so we can do this together!!

    Adventure #1: Discover the magic of the Target 100 Beginner's Course! Each week you'll be on a live webinar with me where you'll begin learning how to lay a solid foundation for new habits that you'll use for a lifetime! Each class is an intimate community where we support one another while sharing in each other's successes.

    I'm forever honored to see the bonding and friendships that develop during our time together. We have honest and raw conversations that facilitate some of the most powerful breakthroughs. And most importantly, it's my personal goal to make sure you have FUN along the way!

    Choose from the Tuesday course beginning April 6th at 8pm ET or Sundays beginning April 11th at 12pm ET
    Adventure #2: In my latest blog, I talk more about taking the blinders off. We need to talk about what current challenges we're facing and allow others to help by showing us the path that we can't see! Support comes in many different forms!
    Adventure #3: Make the connection between gratitude and weight loss! When guilt and shame are running the show, they activate the reward center in the brain, releasing a burst of the same feel-good chemicals as food and drugs. So how can we change something so biological? GRATITUDE! How can you learn to release negative self-talk? GRATITUDE!

    The Conquer Gratitude 21 Day Attitude For Gratitude Challenge will help you refocus by showing how you can change your mood and your mind by creating a simple habit of gratitude. 
    Adventure #4: What are you struggling with when it comes to weight loss? I'm excited to announce I'm once again opening an ENTIRE DAY of my schedule to talk LIVE, ONE ON ONE with YOU at a significantly reduced rate! One day only, so let's CALM the chaos! Let's talk live! 
    Adventure #5: Are you ready to deepen your understanding of habit formation? And perhaps continue to lose weight, feel great and have more energy?
    The Next Level course will meet you where you are, however far in you made it with Target 100. Whether you're enjoying the targets or maybe you haven't made it to all of them yet, this course will deepen your understanding of each one and help you continue to thrive. We begin Thursday, April 15th at 8pm ET!
    Adventure #6: Access a positive and judgment-free community with thousands of other like-minded friendly faces! The Target 100 private Facebook Group is whatever you need it to be! Looking for meal ideas? Wondering if anyone else has the same challenges as you? Need an accountability partner? A walking or workout buddy? This group is for you!!
    I Get It...

    This is me before and after I lost 65lbs and figured out how to keep it off! I started dieting at age 14. It took me so long to figure out what real and lasting weight loss looks like. Now I'm dedicated to sharing and showing you what it took me years to figure out.
