Make room for more! On DMF Day 2024, we celebrate the 236th birthday of Alexander Campbell and everything Disciples Mission Fund makes possible. Our mission fund makes room for more ministry, more possibilities for wholeness, more learning and volunteering, and more relationships rooted in love in congregations and communities, regions, general ministries, and throughout the world. We look forward to hearing from congregations, regions, general ministries, and Disciples leaders this afternoon and over the next few days as they reflect on the difference our church is making. Because of our gifts to Disciples Mission Fund,  congregations and regions can work together to imagine new ways of being church and support congregations in finding new pastors through search and call. global mission partners can do transformative, healing work in their communities. youth, college students, and seminarians can participate in leadership development programs, preparing them to be faithful leaders in the church and the world. congregations can use their land and buildings more sustainably and advocate for changes that will help us fight climate change. volunteers can respond in the wake of natural disasters. we can gather in beloved community and bear witness to God’s limitless love.
