    Happy New Year!

    Can you believe it's not just a new year, but it's a new decade, too?! What better time for positive change! The change I'm thinking about revolves around challenging your thinking about weight loss.

    What if we were to think beyond just diet and exercise and take a closer look at our habits and behaviors?  Specifically, our habits and behaviors when it comes to emotional and stress-eating.

    When I ask my new clients if they know what stress looks like for them and what their triggers are, very few can tell me. I say it's time to break the emotional and stress-eating cycle!
